The views of 5G-INDUCE project on the benefits and challenges of the offered solutions for the manufacturing industry sector have been presented at 5G Techritory, Europe’s leading 5G ecosystem forum. A presentation in the form of interview was provided by Dimitris Klonidis (Head of NSIT group at UBITECH) and Enrica Bosani (Manufacturing R&D Project manager at Whirlpool EMEA). The focus was on the innovative developments and challenges of the 5G-INDUCE platform for managing the upper layer application services and the enabling use cases and benefits expected at manufacturing sector and specifically the Whirlpool’s testing facility.
